Overview

The E-Zee Dyno is the most technologically advanced dynamometer available today.
This 'End of Line test bench'  has been specifically designed for testing the automatic transmission from light to medium duty vehicles. This latest advancement  has the capacity, via the adjustable and rotating tranmsission mounting point to adapt to most  rear-wheel drive transmissions. This makes conversion between front-wheel drive and real-wheel drive transmissions a simple task. The chassis for the test bench incorporates two seprate oil reserviours to allow speration of synthetic oils from standard transmission oils.

The Dyno comes with the award winning "E-Zee Shift" test and control system as standard. Pressure and control is via a 'Touch Screen'monitor. Reports can be generated to give multi views of the test data including shift graphing or simple comparisons. This is the only system that allows the testing of Automatic Transmissions that are CAN enabled and use embeded Mechatrionic technology.

Simulated load conditions allow the testing of shift point and response time, up and downshift points, converter lockup, transmission line pressure and converter stall. The operator can easilly identify oil and pressure leaks, check hydraulic and system controls via the digital instrument software and make adjustments while the transmission is mounted on the tester. The unit incorporates an electric drive motor and a number of motor sizes are available. Outputs are interfaced with the latest 'Eddy Current' load cells which provide variable load and resistance to simulate road conditions.
