Hello everybody,
I am Sergey Arkhypenko from UTC company in the lovely city of Kiev. We are a transmission rebuilder as well as a supplier of parts.
We test our Valve bodies using a hydratest valve body machine and the transmission with the Axi-line dyno machine. We were not happy with our testing because the control system we had did not work well and we could not find problems in valve body and transmission. This cause us much problems with our customers.
Now we have the BlueReach E-Zee Shift on both machines and now we can find problems before sending to our customers. My staff are very happy with the E-Zee Shift as it is easy to use and it makes their job better and this makes me happy also.

To check the quality of our products, all of our transmissions are subjected to rigorous testing on the Axi-Line Dyno and the Hydratest Valve body machine.
In recent years, transmissions have become more complex and the technology required to control and check them in a ‘real time’ environment has become more demanding.
To achieve this high level of control and reporting, we have upgraded our existing controllers on both the Dyno and the Valve Body Machine to the new E-Zee Shift controller from BlueReach Automation & Control.
We are now able to control these modern transmissions using the correct signals including CAN BUS control and are now able to achieve the testing results required by our customers.
